Project Start: Redevelopment of the St. Michael’s Church Island

As part of the Master Plan 2025, the St. Michael’s Church Island will be redesigned by POLA. A key aspect is the allocation of a 560 m² area at the northern edge of the church square for the expansion of the Michel plaques. For 23 years, plaques engraved with over 10,000 names have been placed here annually. The heritage-protected church island will retain its historical character.
